Carnivore Diet Update 1: Epicondylitis Cured

As you may have heard from my previous posts, I have been on the carnivore diet since January first, 2020. One of my goals was to see if I could cure my left elbow of chronic medial epicondylitis. I have had symptoms for five years which have been quite severe at times. I eventually had surgery on it over two years ago, which did nothing. In the new book called The Carnivore Diet by Sean Baker, Chapter seven lists seventy-seven ailments that can respond favorably to the diet, epicondylitis being one of them.

Within a week or two of beginning my new diet I noticed a lessening of the symptoms. A few weeks later it was obvious that this was no fluke, as the symptoms were almost gone. It has been 71 days since I started, and I am happy to report that it is cured.

I have experienced several other areas of improvement. I have decided to do periodic updates as these improvements become permanent. I am not suggesting that my experience with this diet will be the same as someone else’s. We are all a bit different. I can say with some certainty that eliminating plants from your diet will eliminate their innate toxins. These toxins may be potent enough in some cases to cause harm. If they are, eliminating them will help; it is that simple. Stay tuned for the next update…
